Stephen Ruggieri obtained a Bachelor of Science in Textile Merchandising from the University of Rhode Island in 1991, with a minor in Business. In 2001, they obtained an Oracle Database Design Certification from Columbia University. In January 2023, they obtained an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
