Stephen Ruggieri

Stephen Ruggieri has held a variety of roles in the event and hospitality industry. Stephen began their career in 1997 as an Event Supervisor at Simply Grand Caterers. From 2000 to 2011, they worked as an Event Manager at Dean & Deluca, an Event Captain at New York Caterers & Event Planners, and an Event/Facilities Coordinator at Harold Irving Pratt Mansion. In 2011, they became an Event Supervisor at Lambs Club Private Events. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Event Manager and Workshop Developer & Facilitator at Sonnier & Castle. Stephen then moved on to HMG Plus, Inc. where they served as Director of Training And Development and Director of Training & Development from 2015 to present. Finally, in 2015 they also took on the role of Head of Hospitality at BLOOMBERG LP. NY.

Stephen Ruggieri obtained a Bachelor of Science in Textile Merchandising from the University of Rhode Island in 1991, with a minor in Business. In 2001, they obtained an Oracle Database Design Certification from Columbia University. In January 2023, they obtained an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
