Alan has over 16 years of experience in the civil engineering field with direct design experience on a variety of projects including single and multi-family residential, roadway improvement, traffic calming, and commercial/industrial. He serves as a design team manager and works directly on complex projects. He provides expertise in hydraulic modeling and storm water compliance design and review.
