HMI Wellness® is life and health coaching. Elevated.

Now in our 12th year as the leading practitioner-level coaching institute for new and existing life and health coaches.

HMI isn't here to certify you. We're here to turn you into a concierge-level practitioner with a method, a signature, and premium positioning in a market where people are seeking transformation – not information.

We don't certify information. We certify competence.

HMI trains practitioners who can map root causes, guide whole-person transformation, and get results other coaches can't touch – using our proprietary Whole Life Audit™ method.

Three practitioner pathways. One standard of excellence.

🩺 Nutritional Therapist™ – Clinical-grade, functional nutrition-based health coaching. Not diet trends.

🧠 Quantum Mind-Body Therapist® – Life coaching through neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and real transformation.

🏆 Master Practitioner™ – Dual certified. Full-spectrum. The whole human.

Plus specialist certifications in heavy metal detox, women's hormones, autoimmune, weight loss, men's health, children's health, and neuro-optimization.

Our students include MDs, RNs, dietitians, pro athletes, and graduates of IIN, HCI, and other programs who all said the same thing: "I spent thousands and still wasn't equipped to help anyone."

Founded by Liana Shanti – former Wall Street attorney, clinical nutritionist, MS Psychology & Neuroplasticity, and 8-figure entrepreneur – she built HMI because what coaches needed didn't exist.

Already coaching but not fully booked? Booked & Paid is our business club for coaches ready to stop guessing and start building. Weekly strategy, real direction, daily momentum.
