Phil DeVita

Phil DeVita is the Air Quality Director at Harris Miller Miller & Hanson Inc., where they lead the Air Quality practice. They are a Certified Consulting Meteorologist with over twenty years of experience in air quality permitting and modeling, including atmospheric dispersion modeling and greenhouse gas analyses. Phil has previously served as a Senior Consultant at Epsilon Associates and as a Senior Air Quality Scientist at GZA GeoEnvironmental. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from the University of Lowell and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
