Jason Wolfe serves as General Counsel at Susquehanna Growth Equity since October 2009 and holds a similar position at Susquehanna Private Capital until December 2024. In addition, Jason is a Board Member at HMP Global and a Founding Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsels. Previous experience includes roles as a Board Observer at ETF Securities and M&A Associate positions at Skadden and Jones Day. Jason earned a JD/LLM in Law from Cornell Law School and a BA in English Literature and Anthropology from St. Lawrence University.
