Alan Ralph serves as the CSA Director for H&MV Engineering in Germany since March 2024. Prior to this position, Alan held the role of CSA Lead at Winthrop Technologies from November 2022 to March 2024, and served as Senior Project Manager at ISG, overseeing a €100 million Fulfillment Centre Project in Dublin for Amazon, which is notable for being the world's first Hybrid Sortation facility. Alan's earlier experience includes a Senior Project Manager position at TSL Projects from March 2019 to December 2020. Alan obtained an education from Glasgow Caledonian University between 1994 and 1997.
