John Ryan

John Ryan is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying and commercial management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Commercial Director at H&MV Engineering since February 2024, John previously held various leadership roles at Kirby Group Engineering from July 2011 to February 2024, including Commercial Lead and Senior Quantity Surveyor. Prior to this, experiences included working as a freelance Quantity Surveyor with Dyer and Butler, focusing on upgrades at Hammersmith Depot, and roles at Birse Metro and Flanagan & Associates, where responsibilities included the management of construction projects and bank monitoring in Ireland. John holds a BSc. Hons in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology.
