Matt Lonergan

Matt Lonergan is an experienced professional in the field of commercial management and quantity surveying, currently serving as the Commercial Director UK at H&MV Engineering since January 2021. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Commercial Director at Morrison Telecom Services and has extensive experience at Morrison Utility Services, where Matt worked as Head of Commercial and Senior Commercial Manager. Matt's career began as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Sir Robert McAlpine, progressing through various senior quantity surveying roles at companies such as Pipeworks (Southern Water), M Holleran, and Subterra Enterprise. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, complemented by HNC in Building Studies and OND in Business & Finance from Croydon College of Technology and Erith College of Technology, respectively.
