Karine Bilodeau

Karine Bilodeau, CRHA, is a seasoned HR leader specializing in organizational development and change management. They served as the Director of Talent, Culture, and Communications at HNA S.E.N.C.R.L. since 2022, where they focus on strategic HR planning and talent acquisition, achieving a notable reduction in recruitment costs. Previously, Karine held various HR positions, including Director of HR at MALLETTE and Director of HR at Laboratoire Orthopédique Médicus, where they successfully managed significant workforce changes and implemented comprehensive HR programs. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychosociology from the Université du Québec à Montréal and are currently pursuing a micro-program in business administration at Université Laval.
