Eric Bastin

Eric Bastin possesses extensive experience in supply chain and operations management within the furniture manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Sr. Supply Chain Manager and Principal Engineer at HNI Corporation since March 2018, Eric leads projects impacting multiple production locations and has previously held key roles including Sr. Engineering Manager responsible for new product introductions and transformation initiatives. Prior to HNI Corporation, Eric worked at Allsteel in various capacities such as Project Manager, Global Operations Manager overseeing new product launches and Asian supplier development, and Plant Manager of both the largest furniture plant and an office seating manufacturing facility. With a strong background in project management, cost-saving initiatives, and operational improvements, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to their field.
