Ryan Donner

Ryan Donner has extensive work experience in various manufacturing roles. Ryan began their career as a Lean Process Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., where they interned for several months. In 2007, they joined HNI Corporation as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and later became a Group Leader, overseeing production and driving daily continuous improvement. Ryan then progressed through roles such as Rapid Continuous Improvement Manager, Focus Factory Manager, and Plant Controller. Ryan eventually served as the Director and General Manager of Metal Operations. Currently, Ryan holds the position of VP & GM Systems Furniture Operations at HNI Corporation.

Ryan Donner obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa from 2003 to 2007.
