HNL Drive Baseball is a Hawai‘i-based player development organization with a bold mission: to make Hawai‘i the highest MLB players-per-capita state in the United States.

Founded on the belief that Hawai‘i consistently produces elite baseball talent — yet remains underrepresented at the Major League level — HNL Drive was created to close the gap between potential and professional opportunity.

We focus on:

• Elite player development
• Advanced training structure and accountability
• College recruitment guidance
• Long-term athletic and character development
• Building a clear pathway from Hawai‘i to Major League Baseball

Our approach blends high-level skill development with mentorship, discipline, and competitive exposure. We are committed to raising the standard of preparation, professionalism, and performance for athletes across the islands.

HNL Drive Baseball is more than a team — it is a movement to elevate Hawai‘i baseball nationally and create generational impact through sport.

Driven by Purpose.
