Michael Walker

Michael Walker currently serves as Lease-Up Community Manager at HNN Communities since February 2025, following a progression of roles in property and community management. Prior experience includes Community Manager at MG Properties, Business Manager at Legacy Partners overseeing a 306-unit community in West Seattle, and Regional Portfolio Manager at Bonavista Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple market rate apartment communities. Michael's career also includes positions with Collective Communities Property Management, Greystar, Saratoga Capital, and Holland Partner Group, showcasing expertise in operations, staff management, budget preparation, and community development across various property types. Michael is pursuing further education at the University of Washington and holds a degree in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management from Villanova University.
