Allison Smith

Allison Smith is a Toll Technology Senior Analyst at HNTB since October 2023 and has been actively involved as a Board Member of the WTS Rhode Island Chapter since January 2020, leading various committees focused on communications and programs. Prior to HNTB, Allison worked as a Transportation Systems Engineer at IBI Group, supporting statewide tolling operations, and as an Admissions Counselor at WeAdmit Technologies, where facilitation of webinars and client management were key responsibilities. Allison's earlier roles include Economic and Policy Analyst I and Program Analyst at the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, specializing in All-Electric Tolling operations and project management. With a Master's degree in History of Art and Architecture from Boston University and dual Bachelor's degrees from Union College, Allison’s diverse experience spans transportation, art history, and public engagement.
