Brian Comer has extensive experience in urban planning, design, and transit, having worked at HNTB Corporation since June 1998. In addition to this role, Brian served as a board member for the North Kansas City Planning Commission in 2013. Brian holds a Master of Community and Regional Planning (MCRP) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Creighton University, earned from 1991 to 1995.
