Brian Hall, P.E., CCM, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and Central Division Construction Services Leader at HNTB since September 2019. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Vice President for Transportation at Foster CM Group, Inc. from October 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading construction management services for clients in Texas. Brian's extensive experience includes positions at Atkins, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President to Division Manager, and CH2M, serving as Project Manager. Earlier in the career, Brian worked as a Project Engineer at RPS Klotz Associates and as an Engineer Assistant at the Texas Department of Transportation. Brian holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Construction Management at Texas A&M University.
