Bryan Holman is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in roadway engineering and project management. Currently serving as Engineer III - Roadway at HNTB, Bryan contributes to the I-405 Project in collaboration with WSDOT, focusing on preliminary engineering plans for future improvements and expansions. Previous roles include Civil Engineer I for The City of Enumclaw, where Bryan addressed 50+ years of Inflow and Infiltration issues, and Engineer II at PBS Engineering and Environmental, responsible for preparing quality construction drawings and facilitating effective project management. Bryan's experience also includes roadway modeling, PS&E delivery, and various engineering tasks at Parsons Corporation, along with internships that provided foundational skills in civil engineering practices. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho and has additional education from Brigham Young University.
