Carlos C.

Carlos C. is a transportation technology consultant and currently serves as the Vice President and Toll Services Director at HNTB. They have extensive experience in innovative mobility programs, specializing in ITS and tolling systems, congestion pricing, and traffic revenue studies. Carlos previously held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at WSP in the U.S. and Vice President/Director at WSP USA, where they focused on funding and financing strategies. They earned a Master's degree in City/Urban Planning and a Master of Science in Transportation Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
