Cesar Herran

Cesar Herran, PE, LEED AP, is the Director of Mechanical Engineering at Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners, where they oversee HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection projects for a variety of building types, including schools and airports. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Havana, Cesar has a rich history of experience, having worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Ross & Baruzzini, Inc., and held various engineering roles at other firms prior to their current position. Currently, they serve as a Senior Engineer Team Lead at HNTB Southeast Region, managing projects for transportation and government facilities. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Cesar has demonstrated expertise in engineering systems design and management.
