Chris Youngs is a National Practice Consultant with a diverse background in engineering and management. They served as a Quality and Innovative Design Engineer at the Michigan Department of Transportation from 1999 to 2019, followed by a role as a Major Projects Engineer at the Federal Highway Administration from 2019 to 2025. Currently, Chris holds the position of Associate Vice President at HNTB. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint.
