Conrad Ruppert is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the rail industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Track Technical Advisor at HNTB since November 2016, Ruppert also imparts knowledge as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since May 2012. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Deputy Chief Engineer Track at Amtrak from September 2007 to May 2012. Ruppert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
