Daniel Beaty is a seasoned transportation and traffic planning professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Department Manager and Office Operations Manager at HNTB since January 2016, Daniel oversees the development of transportation and traffic planning business and manages staff for various projects, particularly for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Senior Transportation Planner at Atkins from April 2011 to December 2015, focusing on travel demand modeling and its application in planning studies. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project Director at PBS&J for 17 years and as Senior Transportation Planner for Seminole County Government. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Florida State University.
