Daniel Chapman is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Arkansas Location Leader at HNTB since October 2006, Daniel also holds the title of Senior Project Director within the same organization. Prior to this role, Daniel spent over two decades at Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Principal and Executive Vice President from August 1984 to August 2006. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 1979 and 1984.
