Eric Celia, PE, is the Vice President and Project Director in the Northeast Division at HNTB, specializing in heavy highway, bridge, and rail design build delivery. Prior to joining HNTB in 2020, Eric held various leadership roles at the NYS Department of Transportation from 1986 to 1998, including Engineer in Charge and Director of Claims, where they managed multi-million dollar capital construction projects and oversaw contract disputes. Eric is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Clarkson University.
