Eric Jagger

Eric Jagger currently serves as the Planning Team Lead and Planner III at HNTB, with previous experience as an Environmental Planner at Parsons Corporation from January 2019 to June 2023. At Parsons Corporation, responsibilities included drafting reports for Planning and Environmental Linkages studies, preparing NEPA environmental documents, coordinating public consultation programs, and authoring regulatory permit applications. Eric also mentored junior staff and collected field data for various environmental assessments. Prior experience includes roles at the Bureau of Land Management as an Associate Environmental Planner and Land Law Examination Intern, as well as research positions at Manchester University and the Indiana Forest Alliance. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy from Manchester University.
