Greg Hulsizer

Greg Hulsizer is an accomplished executive coach, CEO, consultant, and non-profit leader with over four decades of leadership experience across various industries. They have held four CEO positions, led multiple startups, and contributed significantly to public-private partnerships in transportation. Currently, Greg focuses on mentoring and coaching leaders while also working part-time with HNTB on critical transportation infrastructure projects. As President of the San Clemente Lifeguard & Junior Guard Foundation, they enhance the safety and well-being of beach visitors through community partnerships and educational initiatives. Greg began their career in the public sector, serving as City Manager for three municipalities in Southern California before transitioning to successful roles in the private sector.
