Heather Walker is the current Director of Advisory at HNTB, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Heather served as Assistant General Counsel at OJO Labs from 2020 to 2025, and as General Counsel at both Triple Crown Consulting and SH 130 Concession Company from 2019 to 2020 and 2008 to 2015, respectively. Heather holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
