Jack Eskin, AICP, is an accomplished Environmental Planner at HNTB since August 2022, with a strong background in urban planning and environmental initiatives. Prior to HNTB, Jack served as Programs Lead at Delta Institute, providing valuable technical assistance on green infrastructure and redevelopment projects. Previous experience includes positions as Deputy Director of Redevelopment for the City of Gary, where Jack developed land use and zoning guidelines, and as a Regional Planner at Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission, contributing to the Marquette Plan. Jack holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy with a focus on Economic Development from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
