Joel Brown

Joel Brown is currently the Associate Vice President and Environmental Planning Manager at HNTB, a position held since 2025. They previously served as a Senior Planner at HNTB from 2022 to 2023 and accumulated extensive experience in environmental planning and policy roles at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation between 2014 and 2022.
