John Holak is a Program Manager at HNTB with over 30 years of diverse managerial experience in contract/procurement management, finance, and forensic services, primarily in public works projects. From 1985 to 1998, John served as Manager of Contract Auditing at SEPTA and led a team that expanded from one to seven individuals, significantly enhancing the department's capabilities. John holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from La Salle University. Additionally, John is a nationally-recognized speaker and an active member of multiple professional associations related to finance and construction management.
