John Pierce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rail system engineering and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Rail Systems Technical Advisor at HNTB since February 2015, John oversees quality control and system compliance while coordinating with project management and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and signaling systems. Previously, John held significant roles at Lilee Systems, focusing on a major Positive Train Control project, and at Ansaldo STS, where contributions were made to various telecommunications systems in the rail industry. Additional experience includes work at Aviat Networks, Nextwave Wireless, OnBoard I.T., Axcera, ADC Telecommunication, and early experience at the University of Pittsburgh.
