Jon Polster

Jon Polster is a seasoned project engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, having worked at HNTB since June 2023 and previously at the Indiana Department of Transportation from February 1991 to June 2023. In addition to engineering, Jon has a strong background in sports coaching, serving as an 8th Grade Volleyball Coach at New Palestine Junior High since July 2018 and at Greenfield Central Junior High from August 2013 to October 2014. As a volleyball referee for the IHSAA since August 2001, Jon also contributed to youth hockey as a coach for the Indianapolis Youth Hockey Association from September 2014 to March 2017. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned between August 1986 and December 1990.
