Josh Anger has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Project Engineer Team Lead and previously as Signal Design Engineer III at HNTB since April 2017. Prior to this role, Josh Anger worked at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from September 2013 to April 2017 as a Referee and Supervisor and completed an internship with Energy Initiatives Group in the summer of 2014. Josh Anger earned a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating in 2017.
