Josh Tupper

Josh Tupper, PE, is a professional structural engineer and bridge inspection team leader at HNTB, where they have been employed since 2022. Previously, Josh worked as a bridge designer at HDR from 2018 to 2022 and gained experience as an engineering intern with the Delaware River Port Authority in 2018. They served as a graduate teaching assistant and an adjunct professor at Widener University, where they focused on various civil engineering subjects. Josh holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Widener University and is currently pursuing a degree in Structural Engineering at the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science at Lehigh University.
