Kenneth Oh

Kenneth Oh, PE, PMP, CCM is a seasoned construction program manager currently serving as the Highway CM Practice Lead at HNTB since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Psomas and a Senior Executive position at WSP from 2013 to 2022, as well as senior construction management roles at Parsons and the Orange County Transportation Authority. Kenneth began their career with the California Department of Transportation, holding various engineering positions from 1998 to 2010. Education includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, with ongoing studies as an MBA Candidate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
