Lillian Yan

Lillian Yan has a comprehensive background in infrastructure solutions and transportation sectors, with significant experience in program management, strategic planning, design management, and business development. Lillian currently holds key leadership positions at HNTB, including West Division Delivery Officer, West Division Sales Officer/Vice President, Program Manager/Vice President, and Office Sales Manager/Associate Vice President. Prior to this, Lillian served as the Director of Planning and Design at CivCon Services Inc. and as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM. Yan has a BS in Civil Engineering from UCLA.
