Mark Chang is a seasoned project director currently at HNTB since July 2023. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at WSP USA from February 2016 to July 2023, including Transportation Planning Director and RDP Southern California Director of Projects for the California High-Speed Rail. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at CH2M HILL and associate roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Cambridge Systematics. Mark holds a Master of Science in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
