Mark Ingram, PE, PTOE, is a seasoned professional in traffic and transportation engineering with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as President of Ingram Transportation Review since May 2024, Mark focuses on engineering exam preparation and continuing education initiatives. As Vice President and Project Director at HNTB since January 2023, Mark oversees significant projects. Previously, Mark held various executive roles at Alliance Transportation Group, Inc. from April 2017 to January 2023, including Vice President - National Traffic Practice Lead and Director of Engineering, managing multiple traffic-related studies and designs. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Cobb Fendley & Associates, AECOM, and other engineering firms, with responsibilities ranging from traffic impact analysis to intelligent transportation system planning. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, complemented by prior studies at the University of Houston.
