Mark Niles is an experienced professional in urban and regional planning with a strong background in transit planning and management. Currently serving as Associate Vice-President at HNTB since February 2017, Mark has been instrumental as the Program Manager for the WMATA On-call Transit Planning Consultant Services Contract since 2010. Previously, Mark held the position of Associate Vice-President at AECOM from May 2004 to February 2017, managing various regional transit planning studies across major metropolitan areas including Washington DC, Atlanta, Tampa, and New York.
