Michael Moore is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in transportation and highway engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at HNTB since September 2022, Michael has also held the positions of Traffic Engineer II and Traffic Engineer III. Prior to HNTB, Michael worked at The University of Texas at Austin as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Graduate Research Assistant from August 2018 to September 2022. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as an Engineering Associate I at Thompson Engineering and Graduate Research Assistant at Auburn University. Michael earned a PhD in Transportation and Highway Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
