Michael Schmidt

Michael Schmidt, PLA, ASLA, is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer currently working in the Transportation Planning and Policy Group at HNTB since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Landscape Architect and various positions at Confluence from January 2014 to November 2021, including Landscape Architect In-Training and Landscape Architecture Intern. Michael also gained valuable experience as a Landscape Design Intern and Landscape Intern at Rosehill Gardens during the summers of 2012 and 2013. Early career experience includes supervisory roles at AMC Theatres from May 2008 to August 2011. Michael holds a degree from Iowa State University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
