Michaela Ward is the current Vice President and Director of Talent Acquisition and People Development at HNTB. Prior to this, Michaela worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Campus Relations at JE Dunn Construction. Before their time at JE Dunn Construction, Michaela served as the Senior Recruiting Officer and Talent Acquisition Team Lead at UMB Bank. Michaela holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
