Nathan Ratterman, P.E., is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in railroad design and operations. They began their career as a Civil Engineering Co-Op at Parsons and later held various positions, including Assistant Operations Manager at Norfolk Southern Corporation and Senior Engineer at HDR.
