Patrick Chan

Patrick Chan currently serves as Associate Vice President and Technical Director for Tunnels and Complex Underground Structures at HNTB, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this, Patrick Chan amassed over 23 years of experience at WSP USA, where roles included Senior Director of Structures, Senior Technical Principal, and Principal in Security & Blast Design. Patrick Chan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with First Class Honors from King's College London. Early education was completed at Ying Wa College in Hong Kong.
