Patrick Marvin

Patrick Marvin, AICP, is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Community and Public Engagement Section Manager at HNTB. Previously, they held various communication roles, including Senior Communications Director at the Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, and Communications Director at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. They have extensive experience in facilitating public engagement, managing communications for significant projects, and responding to media inquiries. Patrick earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Suffolk University Law School.
