Robert Mattern has over two decades of experience spanning various roles in aviation and technical writing. Starting with the United States Air Force as a Flight Engineer and Airborne Radar Technician, Robert transitioned to the reserves, further developing expertise in aviation. At Northwest Airlines, Robert served as a Manager of 747 Flight Procedures, focusing on creating and updating pilot manuals, and as a Senior Aircrew Training Instructor, providing ground school training. After consulting for oil refineries, Robert owned The Assembly Team before taking on roles as a Technical Writer at Q3 Contracting Inc. and currently at Equiniti. Robert’s educational background includes a Commercial Pilot degree from Business Air Flight School and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
