Sam Soules is a strategic leader and transportation expert with extensive experience in business consulting and project management. From 1999 to 2004, Sam served as a VC and small business consultant, helping various startups and small businesses optimize operations and develop market strategies. Sam further advanced their career at Atkins North America, taking on roles such as District Director and Senior Toll Project Manager from 2009 to 2013, and as a Deputy PM and Contract Specialist from 2003 to 2008. Most recently, Sam has been involved with the City of Alameda Transportation Commission, where they have contributed to significant transportation planning initiatives. Sam holds a BFA from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2000.
