Scott Estrin

Scott Estrin is an accomplished Project Manager and Intelligent Transportation Systems Engineer with extensive experience in the field of wireless communications and public infrastructure. Currently at HNTB since July 2013, Scott serves as a Subject Matter Expert for major public transportation projects in the New Jersey/New York area, focusing on Intelligent Transportation Systems and related technologies. Previous roles include Senior Staff Engineer at CellGain Wireless, where Scott integrated wireless systems for transportation clients, and RF Engineering Manager at Clearwire, contributing to the largest WiMax network deployment. Scott also held positions at AECOM, Cingular Wireless, and AT&T Wireless, honing expertise in communication system design, network optimization, and performance management. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
