Stephen Goodman

Stephen Goodman, PE, is the Vice President and National Practice Consultant for the Transit and Rail Market Sector at HNTB. With over three decades of federal experience, they previously held roles including Director of the Hurricane Sandy Recovery Office and Regional Administrator for Region II at the Federal Transit Administration. At the Federal Aviation Administration, Goodman served as Program Manager and held various managerial positions in terminal construction and power systems. They are currently pursuing a BS in Civil Engineering at Manhattan University.
