Steve Howe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure project delivery. Currently serving as Vice President at HNTB since August 2003, Steve has developed and implemented program delivery mechanisms for various rail, highway, and transit projects, including Design-Build, CM/GC, and Public Private Partnerships (P3), contributing to the successful delivery of over $8 billion in infrastructure. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at WSP from April 1995 to August 2003 and Project Manager at Centennial Engineering from June 1989 to April 1995. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines, earned between 1985 and 1989.
